Actually, its bugged. I used to be a GM in server and i used to spend some time with MySQL so i can easily explain you whats the main problem. I mean when the person who has written the codes for dinasty set bonuses couldnt make it like it should be. Dinasty sets are supposed to give bonuses when you have all parts like other sets, but to do that u need to create complete new skill and then add it to those parts. There is a FILE in which all sets bonuses are added and also all parts of the sets ( each with different CODE, example dc robe : 9990, dc gloves ( robe ) 9991 and so on ). When all those codes are combined they set bonus is unlocked. So this person, who wrote the code, couldnt make it thatway, and he simply add those bonuses to the main part, and p.def for other parts. I hope i made it clear.
