[EN] Bug with server

I askd some ppl, and nobody can use the warehouse function.
Not the clan wh and now the simple wh too.

Its so bad, because now we cant take bid for clan halls.

Please fix it.

if u need a clan hall u need to speack with an Admin/Gm
and about wh is disabled to avoid bugs like phx
